We have decided to just ride this one out a few more months and start fresh by sticking to the policies we have in place for future tenants.I am only 23 so I call it a valuable lesson about being too nice while handling business.

Be careful with who you work with, lots of people in town are looking to take an out of state investor for a ride.

An agent wouldn't ride around with buyers who aren't pre-qualified, and I stopped dealing with showings until I pre-qualified the person first.  

The city has done a great job riding the waves of these improvements and doing their part to make this city better.

Our properties were cash flowing, so we were able to ride it out on the real estate side.  

I'm in the Midwest, it's a rural town, a good town, but yes prices in a lot of places can be very inexpensive, especially when compared to the coasts where it looks like you may hail from. 

As a Boca Raton resident with 2 young kids, a trip to Orlando via Brightline would cost me $480, as opposed to a $50 tank of gas and a three-hour ride(barring traffic).

Are you going to offer Equestrian Show Jumping, or just trail riding?

I put my blinders on and hoped I could ride it out for a couple years before needing to address it, yet here I am 9 months later tearing up and reinstalling a new floor throughout the entire house.

This year has been a real rollercoaster ride.
