I've just started the online course through Real Estate Express and plan on completing it before I make the trip home.I do have some money saved up to keep me afloat for a few months while I get into the business but I'm just looking for any advice or tips towards being a successful agent and making a salary as soon as possible once I start. 

I feel when you do that your paying more interest on lines of credit or what not?

It doesn't matter if it's brand new, get a good home inspector you trust to walk through it.

There are online schools you study on your own.

All this to say, there are good reasons to not participate in online property auctions. 

Property Managers, do you manage your online reputation?

I saw a sign advertising a couple of rentals and when I called to ask for information and if the property had pictures online they person responded that it was listed on realtor.com and that if I sent a pic of my license they would send me the address.???

No matter what, I am open to any thoughts about it.
