I thought about doing that but a friend of mine told me that many of those are not entirely legit and that when you call them you find out that they don’t actually represent the property they are affiliated with on LoopNet.

Do you use a platform for that, or is it something you get connected to through your financial advisor, network, etc?

We also have lots of people asking for applications, which we do online using one of the common platforms, but only 1 application so far, which was unfortunately unqualified.  

So I know through listsource and other platforms I can search and obtain list of certain types of properties, example multi family, single-family with or without debt etc.

The lowest level is legit livable space and is about 4' below exterior grade.

I don't personally know about the Canadian market, but i have no doubts you'll find it on this platform.

Our accountant has never said until now that I need to have real estate commissions to make our write offs more legit if we get audited.

@Jeremy Torres there is a direct link to your property within cozy that you can copy and paste to any other platform.

Local property managers are not using new platforms.
