My recommendation is to find a successful investor in your area and "team up" to benefit both of you.

I use to work with a small 3 man team subcontracted under a bigger G.C, so maybe my opinion is bias.

@Chris Winterhalter I will take that and run with it and trust me before the deal is complete I will have a solid team that knows about the hotel world behind me.

And assume you have your team in place.

Can anyone recommend any good GC's, Lawyers, or anyone that is a part of their team that contributed to the success of their flips?

That would be the info I want to know, and would want in writing.We currently have an offer with a pre-approval letter that does not mention any of those (a generic "so-and-so" is pre-approved to purchase xxx property").
