They're obviously going to be on the same team, and if you kick one person off the team, the other person is not going to be happy.But, the property is for sale, so let them be mad at the seller, not you.Request the units be delivered vacant, clean, in good condition, end the leases, etc. if the above intent is correct.

if a rental, I would get it ready to rent with Fresh paint, replaced pickets, and spotless carpet even if you need to replace.

Especially if it’s commercial, I bet a lot of those sponsors are going to have a difficult time delivering the profit spread they were predicting 2-3 years ago.
