I know it had been debated on but don’t think it made it into the list of things that were actually passed 

a few thoughts i have, i have went through this debate on my properties as well.

Is this going to turn into yet another thread  BP that devolves into a totally off topic debate in which people who have nearly zero qualifications in a given area argue in circles over a pedantic point instead of admitting that both sides are more interested in being "right" than getting closer to the truth of the issue?

I do hope they bring back bonus depreciation and my question isn’t for debate, moreso curiosity.

I was debating if I should use the profits from the sale of my current home to just pay off the mortgage my rental property?
