Fantastic way to scare the crap out of a homebuyer, especially if they have kids.

Granite counters, the right location, 3 bathrooms and all that other crap are just influences on numbers both positive and negative.

The lender says it's a crap appraisal but by federal law they have to stay with it.

He has all of his crap still in the back yard, his dogs are still there, but we haven't seen or heard him.  

I am generally not happy with how it has gone- but not unhappy enough to justify action.I was through the house for an appraisal the other day and found they have two cats (not supposed to have pets), they had a campfire in the middle of the back lawn, and there is misc crap around the property.I am pretty upset, but don't think it is bad enough to eat the costs associated with eviction and replacing the tenants.

Most of what I see hitting the market is crap as far as the numbers are concerned.

Around here, even the best wholesalers in town who have MASSIVE budgets are getting crap 'deals.'
