Successful agents spend 2-3 hours per day (4-5 days per week) just working on lead generation. 2-4 hours at appointments. 1 to 2 hours for education/coaching.

Beyond that there is even one-to-one coaching available for those who really want to accelerate their growth.The training and education is great, but you actually have to work the business.

Some syndicators also teach/coach/mentor, which isn't terrible in and of itself, but be sure to give their operation thorough due diligence if this is the case.

You can scout for coaches as you network online & offline.

But I would steer clear of the coaching. 

I'm hungry to be successful and willing to be lead and coached.

The funny thing is you bought a course for $997, THEN you had to subscribe MONTHLY for "personal coaching" - THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR ANY NEWBIE.

Have you run this deal past your MA coach from the Lindahl program? 

@Jerry Poon - I usually coach newbies to ignore all of the "entity" stuff in the beginning and spend your time finding great deals instead.
