I do not see any utility costs (electrical, water & sewer, gas, etc) or landscaping/snow removal.

No heat is terrible on plaster walls and will in itself cause a lot of wall damage.Have a good snow removal service for your walks & driveway.

They mow the grass/plow the parking lot, so you will not need landscaping/snow removal in your maintenance.

So I was looking at taxes, land lord laws, elemental considerations (don't like heavy snow), growth of the city, but most importantly teams I could work with when starting my portfolio.I am happy with the duplex so far, a few bumps but I'm glad I did it.

Now if you had said he saved 11 grand of lawnmowing and snow shoveling, I would have really been impressed!

Our home was built in 1910.When it snows, that hill is pretty slippery.

Lesson learned-Think about snow removal/other maintenance more in selecting future properties.
