I have shifted to the investor side of the table now.

Then after working there for awhile they get their eyes opened that they aren't working for who they though they were working for....they realize its a scam and don't want to have anything to do with it anymore and bail....And others are part of the scam from the start.....are scumbags just like their employer...and they feel the heat coming or decide they want to run their own scam and start a new business....or are part of the "transition" of shifting the old company to a new name and running the same scam....So how are you going to decide which one this guy is?

Hi BP Community,My brother and I are interested in sub-to's more and more as the economy shifts.

If you have thoughts about shifting the time, I could go as early as 6 - 7:30 instead.I'm a newbie and would love to see this group be a welcoming mix of folks from the new to the experienced.

@Michael Greenberg if you're looking to attract long term guests you almost have to shift to being exclusively 30 day + rentals.

We've shifted our focus from Toronto towards growing cashflow positive cities in the US and the numbers are much more favorable.

When a strategy for maximizing returns is effectively implemented, a multifamily investment can prove profitable even through economic shifts, as we are seeing in our current portfolio.

Currently, I am in research mode and I need to shift into action mode soon.  

This is just my 2 cents but it’s part of a bigger mindset shift I’ve been on.
