Mainly to be a good host but also because our home is way out of town so it isn't easy to just go get something.I have never had a guest comment on the open spices or anything like that other than happy to have a great selection to cook with.

Since the home is free and clear I am considering if pulling a cash out refi (or DSCR) to free capital to brrrr on the next deal is the right move?
