It needs HVAC work, band sill repair, it has a soft floor in one bathroom while the other one is half finished.  

Oops - they're locked up in this web of crud from a lender in a cubicle 500 miles away.

Heck, it seems that half the time when I go back and read something I wrote, I find mistakes, so it wouldn't have surprised me to see that I wrote it wrong!

Suvived by two half brothers (minor 1996) Deseased first wife placed a claim in estate probate for child support arrears for first born son/heir.

I have unlimited access to money,  it's just about finding the right deal and that seems to be the hard part the last year and a half doing real estate.  

For some reason though, the sellers gave the tenants half of their security deposits back, leaving only half to me.

However, here is the problem...Most of the properties I am looking at, when renting out the other half, would break even on cash flow, or run me around $100-$150 in the negative each month.

I signed up for the 6 months but had to cut it short half way though because of personal vehicle problems so I only marketed for 3 months, honestly I personally don't care!!!

But, because I don't have my own house to live, I can't decide, what my investment strategy should be:1) Buy the first house for myself and wait till I will have downpayment for the second house, which will be my rental property.2) Stay in my apartments(keep paying rent) and buy the first house as a rental property.3) Buy a duplex and live in one half while renting out another one.
