After I finished junior year, I interned for a small real estate investing company in the area that my father was acquainted with, which owns over 100 million in assets by value.During my time interning, I spent about a month doing whatever work was given to me.

However, I can't help but wonder... assuming that the property condition qualifies for the FHA in teh first place, what does it look like if a unit of the property is undergoing major renovations that require the owner to live elsewhere until the repairs are finished? 

Make sure you vet all you bids by asking for references and walk jobs that they just finished and are currently working on.

That is different than a restaurant raising prices 10% to pay cooks a couple dollars more an hour.

It's kind of a miracle we finished our ADU throughout that as is. 

If we just did a house fully remodeled something like that in the picture we would probably spend $75-$100 psf due to the high end needing that much to make sure the finishes are great. 

After service, they promptly finished moving and the unit was almost unscathed.

I'm currently working on my Colorado Real Estate License and hope to finish that in about a month or so,My Plan:Moving forward, We're actually 1031'ing the 34 in Denver and looking to move to (most likely) Arkansas but also possibly North Carolina or Tennessee.

One of those individuals had just finished a flip on the right side of the property (the cudisac was getting much nicer as my home sat).
