The guys wife seems to be more emotionally stable, because he keep emailing me accusation after accusation saying I'm volatile, have a bad attitude and am defensive, etc.

So far I have spent about $150 with Michael Blank and I feel like I have received thousands of $ of value (way more information and value than you would get from a week long conference, for example).

As a landlord, your main defense any more is well-document and valid paperwork and following service/notice guidelines.
