Days that I am at the property frequently I receive a lot of money relatively, and if two weeks or so goes by I might only get $6 which is 3 loads.

It's a real city - i.e. multiple industries, diversified economy (in comparison to smaller locations like Bastrop, NB, SM, etc)Other than that, maybe the only other reason why I mentioned SA is I lived in South Austin before so there's a comforting (emotional) comfort with SA driven by frequent day trips to SeaWorld with my children.

Though we don't offer Whole Life contracts, I see them frequently, and I used to be contracted for a short time by another carrier who's bread and butter was Whole Life.The "Be Your Own Banker" concept is something everyone is familiar with if you work in this space.

That being said, I am currently trying to invest in probate leads, (I say "trying" because I do have personal issues that are getting in the way quite frequently,) and I'm thinking of using the money I gain to buy investment properties, and later maybe buy loans for servicing.

Trying to find the best structure to protect them, and also keep it “separate” from them, while also helping to set myself up for future business as investment goals.Additional facts:-Home is located in WA-I live in AZ, but frequently am in WA-Have a couple contacts already in WA to help with any issues maintenance/management wise that may arise -Currently own a sfd home in AZ I have been “house hacking” with for a few years-Also considering going out on my own using my new found project coordination/management skills to help smaller contractors juggle more jobs (in which I would also need a business entity, so maybe thinking I could do it all in one?)

Counties are getting better and better at readjusting taxable values more frequently, so in my experience you MAY have a year or two where they don't tax at the real value, but eventually they will adjust it up to that level.
