You definitely don't want to be in a situation where your mortgage balance is higher than what the lender will finance you based on the new appraisal 

There are a lot of townhomes being built in this area, which is a thought of developing those on one section of the land, and contractor garages separately where they could be slab on grade and more flat area.Thanks,

I'm not sure where to start with private money or hard money lending when it comes to covering rehab costs on a rental property that we already own.

This is because a lender or broker are the "Middlemen" of the industry where they take the application, approve you close you but then sell your loan to us at the Big banks.

I have multi families that I have all section 8, I also have some where 2 are regular tenants and 1 is section 8.
