Aside from local governmental agencies, some property can have issues where you have to deal with Federal agencies (environmental studies, Army Corp of Engineers, etc.)

Hello Shequann Burrwell, if your city has a land bank (a city agency in charge of taking over properties with delinquent taxes) then I would contact them.

I think you want to always keep relationships on a positive note and signing the contract makes a big difference because now she has to go back to her broker and explain as well. that being said let's not forget that its very important for an agent and agency to maintain a good reputation in the community.
