Thanks for all the minds behind BP, this is a great platform and good resource especially for beginners like me.

One thing I will say about NOT using software for your first property however, is that you will understand the individual platforms much better by directly interacting with them, so keep that in mind as well. 

They seem legit but 100% financing with no skin in the game sounds too good to be true.

My goal is to create a platform in real estate that can run autonomously without me, or with little time.

So if they baked it into their Box A "origination" charge, they could turn a legit $100 expense into an "origination" fee that's $250 higher and pocket the $150.

Both platforms offered a $200-ish/mo and $400-ish/mo package for my market, and both appear to provide pretty insanely detailed info, and both require an annual membership.

You can use Zillow for legit comps and go from there to do your own comparisons.

I ran a couple of calculations on one of these and looked legit.

And thank you Bigger Pockets for giving me this platform to speak, so I don’t drive my wife crazy lol.

The platform leaves a bit to be desired, but definitely fits the cheap criteria :)
