What are ya'lls favorite pockets of the Greater San Antonio area and up through the Hill Country to hunt for deals?

Life happens things change, and people move, no one will hunt you down for it. 

and the zoning regulations prohibit hunting, camping, RV parking, mobile homes and tiny houses on these properties. 

Or job hunt for something closer to one's house.

You can spend your time underwriting syndicators/operators in the space or switching management companies every few years.Happy hunting!

@Ben Hunt, there are definitely conventional loans that allow for less down than that, although you would need to be highly qualified.
