I've done a lot of 5" and am doing a 7" install in a couple of weeks, but it's an engineered product.I have agents occasionally ask if the wood is engineered or hardwoods, but in the end it doesn't seem to matter to the buyers.

My mentor told me he has occasionally turned people down but there's no way to verify that either. 

If you want to be successful long term you can't hope that the market will always save you with equity that develops in your property.You need to eliminate those extravagances that are not necessary and rather build the reserves as described in the previous posts.

You may occasionally get deals from burned-out landlords and some investment companies that are looking to get rid of their mobile homes, however normally these companies wish to make a profit as well.I filled out the interest form and 2 realtors have already left me messages.

sense our courthouise is centrally located and parking isn't too bad, i'll occasionally hang out in the para-legals work area doing computer work and running comps, introducing myself to anyone that comes around.

You will need to occasionally call the cops, that's all you can do.
