Obviously if the value is low that's one thing, but what if I pay and they deny me for some other reason?

I am looking to switch CRMs and was wondering if anyone has REALLY DIALED IN their workflows in REI REPLY that they would be willing to share. 

I want you and them to succeed.

It's two stores downstairs, a large apartment upstairs, originally 2 apartments, and four garages.

Heres the scenario:Married - Husband owns 2 properties (1 long term and 1 short term) and wife owns 2 properties (1 long term and primary residence)  in each of their own names.Husband has LLC with zero properties.

Even tough, I am in information overload right now and working a full-time job at night.

A lot of moving parts and most PM's don't do it. 

I got 3 sellers leads out of 1 post and all are very different in their desires, but that is one of the themes I'm seeing. 1 seller even based his value off the Zestimate, and little does he know in the area, the zestimate is/resembles that of the ARV and NOT the current value. 

I stayed at Eagle rock recently and loved it. 

It all depends on the scope of work and your available time to put towards organizing and finding the right contractors.
