Some people are OK with that, but I don't love that they have so much financial information about me and are selling it to third parties. 

As an agent if I get a referral I love clients who are A) Ready & able to buy B) They communicate 3) Not difficult/high maintenance.

We go there every year, love the pools and its an awesome place.
