And don’t think an applicant wouldn’t do that.There’s been plenty of other posts on here about applicants submitting completely fake paystubs, using their friends/family members as landlord and employer references, and all kinds of other tactics to fool landlords and trick their way into homes they otherwise wouldn’t qualify for.
