Plus the system allows for contractor keys and "masion" locks - for common tenant areas like laundry rooms that you don't want to leave unlocked.

I've thought about doing an open house while occupied, but I think that is leaving me open to too much liability- things stolen during the open house, windows left unlocked, etc.Most of my tenants aren't the best housekeepers, so I will try to (tactfully) mention that the unit will be cleaned and painted after the current tenant moves out.
