It is nice to know that you have an option, that piece of paper, to unlock the doors of a future employer just in case you find being self employed is not, as you put it, your cup of tea.In the meantime if engineering is not for you, just switch it up and get a straight Business Degree or something.

It was mentioned several times at the summit to hit up local rei clubs and it's good to have another local BP member at least indicate they do have some value.I was initially extremely turned off by their site because the FIRST thing I was presented with was a typical marketing ploy to get my name and email in return for "unlocking [their] free report today!"

I've thought about doing an open house while occupied, but I think that is leaving me open to too much liability- things stolen during the open house, windows left unlocked, etc.Most of my tenants aren't the best housekeepers, so I will try to (tactfully) mention that the unit will be cleaned and painted after the current tenant moves out.

This spring we're installing our new monitoring/management system in one of our student houses ... the tenants will be able to unlock the door using their smartphone {which they are less likely to loose than their keys as it rarely leaves their hands these days}.
