@ed Account ClosedI believe if you work closely with the housing authority and tenant keeping records of anniversary dates, inspection dates and attending landlord quarterly meeting you should be fine.

The beat bang for your conversion buck in grey water is seperating the was shing machine(s), but unless renting in a hipster area where this would be a feature, do you really expect a tenant to watch what type of soap they use, or flip the three way valve to divert to the sewer when using bleach on thier whites?

I also told them they are still responsible for the entire rent payment on tomorrow..1) The lease states that the tenant must give 30 day written notice BEFORE the anniversary date.

In this instance the lease does not terminate until you have the unit re-rented or you reach the anniversary date of the lease (May 2017?)
