If you're only getting a 7% ROE, but a new deal would earn you a 5% ROE, you may want to just sit tight.

Your current leases with your tenants might already be illegal, and you might already be sitting on a massive amount of potential liability.

Flips are sitting on the market longer now with higher interest rates - I just walked through an open house of a flip in San Francisco.

I currently sit at $258K to go on the mortgage and did this through a small bank, which I believe approved me for such good financing at the time.

In the last couple of months I've bought ownership interests in 20 properties and 51 mortgages, all while sitting on my couch.

Find a way to hit your goal and in 5 years or 10 years when you look back, you'll be sitting on a really nice portfolio. 

Sitting on the sidelines has risk.  

If I'm sitting on $100,000 equity in my home, I don't tithe on that equity because it is not actual money in my pocket.

It needs some work but sits on half and acre and is about 2700 sq ft!
