Not surprised.I had a listing on Landing, which I recently told them to remove after they informed me there was now a $2500 (approximate) fee for cancellation of any booking reservations. 

My thinking is that if I remove them completely it might bring back a little more curb appeal to the property and make it more inviting to potential renters. 

It removes all the advantage of using RE to increase wealth.

BP should simply remove the no advertising rule and setup an upvote / downvote system.It's like any other platform, If your post provides value and positive feedback from the audience, it gets pushed to the top of the thread.

Unless you choose to remove the husband from the lease, they both remain leaseholders even if he is not living there.

So I shorten my reply, remove some triggering words and my reply goes through. 

Create more land or remove population, that's the only tangible long-term solution.
