Consult your datebook apps/programs, e-mail files (including deleted) and any saved voice mail.

You can get letters from creditors stating that the lates/derogatory is inaccurate - some credit card companies or utility companies may produce what you need to remove their lates that report, but I have never seen a lender give you a deletion letter for a shortsale or foreclosure.

Or they'll tell you they're emailing brokers....who get hundreds of those emails and delete them unread.

@Charlie McCurry When i included details of my upcoming business venture it was deleted as advertisement.

When they leave it gets deleted and next tenant picks their code.

Most people will see your emails and since they don't know you, determine them to be spam and delete without even looking at the deal-and it could actually be a great deal.
