Sorry, don't mean to be confrontational here, but the fact that the banks, tightened up as they may be, aren't approving your loan, should make you pause - long - and think - can you really afford it?

That may not be prudent now, but you might confront the little ones with what they are doing wrong....

If someone is blowing smoke at me or avoiding questions they will do the same thing later on in the contract, they will make excuses, they won't answer the phone or letters, they won't confront some matter truthfully.
