Water/sewer/trash bills are killer in the City and they are ruthless about holding housing providers responsible while letting tenants repeatedly off the hook. 

Almost every syndication and fund out there has been built on low-interest rates and their strategies don't allow for much margin of error.

Can you go ahead and change that (think address of record for LLCs or bills for other properties).Make sure any HOA and the local government allows for your home as an MTR.1 last point to add to Jamie's first point: if you can, take a video tour of the home and what you're leaving behind.

It's hard to say if a 60k house is worth 40k or 80k, that's within the margin of error based on how much do you consider condition in your valuation.The % based agent commission model does not make any sense below 100k.

If you didn’t specifically advise on what to do, they drew it a specific way at the end of the day you approve the drawings to be built so it’s not their fault it appears and they should be compensated for the revisionIf it’s something they screwed up (does not appear to be case here) - then they correct their error

But it will likely take you A LOT of trial and error and multiple email threads with their team to get everything set up the way you want.

You could be stuck with a major paving bill to re-lease your property if they leave it full of potholes, etc.
