Have a professional builder come in and evaluate replacing joists, trusses, beams, and studs as needed.  

One of my guys have too many tattoos, but he could frame and truss a 700 sf addition house in a day with two other guys.

When we go, we show up late to avoid the sales pitch as it is the same canned speech every time.

I would be steered away away from wholesaling and given speeches on how wholesalers are essentially real estate agents trying to sell a home.

But I think it is worth one hour per week if for nothing else, to improve the quality and performance of your elevator speech and value add.

Don't get me wrong, she was nice, but she wasn't really looking me in the eye, her speech delivery wasn't smooth, and there were already enough small red flags about this place that I wasn't ready to sign.Also, I asked her outright, "Aren't I going around my real estate agent if I do this?"

Most of our construction is CBS on slab and the second floor support structure are actually trusses, about 14-16" high, constructed of 2x4 members, similar in design to the metal roof trusses you see in small warehouse flat roof construction.

Mike, we only spray the rim joists with foam (rim joist is the area where trusses are laying on the outside walls between the floors) If you spray foam the entire house with foam, you will need to install sound proofing, because sprayed walls transfer the sound faster than windows.

I went to it and it was a sales speech to get you to join the program or "the system" tarek and Christina are not there.
