Show up at as many local meetups as you can to possibly meet the right seller, lender, or partner. 

There are no property mangers or other people available locally, nearest town of any size is 1 hr away.

Not when the context is around how will layoff's from such jobs hit the local real estate market. 

When it comes to finding good wholesalers, a few approaches have worked well for me and others in the industry:1.Local Networking & Meetups:Check out local real estate investor associations and networking events in the Akron/Cleveland area.

Check into your local regulations.

Having worked with 1,000's of investors to Broker the properties I sell in my local market, and having worked with dozens of Property Managers, Turnkey Providers, Agents, Property Management Software Companies, Lenders, Inspectors and various other investment real estate vendors to market their products and services on my show, the one thing that stood out to be was the CEO Zach's obsession with the biz.In real estate we've get a lot turnover, a lot of flameout.

These deals can be profitable in growing markets with strong cash flow and equity growth, but success depends on the builder’s execution, local market conditions, and your ability to refinance effectively.
