I know they will likely cost more than the cheapest options, but ultimately I'm OK with that given the deal and upside potential.I invest primarily in Portland, OR and typically see the best ADUs and rehab projects being done by these "design-build" firms that take an innovative and thoughtful approach to their projects that are super "Instagramable". 

But then I wake up the next day and here I am replying to you on a Real Estate Investing platform, *** I could be passively [not replying] but looking at "beautiful" real estate pictures on Instagram. 

Starting today, no more time wasting/lack of substance things like Snapchat, unfollow all senseless accounts on Instagram and Facebook, and follow more informative, positive accounts!

Once you get some experience there, you can choose whether to scale up or continue playing in that space.An anecdote, Instagram started as a FourSquare competitor focused on check-ins within businesses but with pictures.

@Spencer Nelson, As a millennial, of course i would say this: learn the ins & outs of social media marketing strategies (tik-tok, instagram, youtube) and get REALLY good at it.

I then posted it on Instagram and a ton of people sent over some love.

I messaged him a bit on Instagram; he's an inspiration an has some great content. 

I am trying to analyze some properties everyday, but a post on Instagram reminded me that I am forgetting something and that is my criteria list.
