Clearly only speaking from my own experience in SA, my rental normally is rented within 2-3 weeks on a turn (I've had 2 turns with my current PM).

but then we look at the stock market at it just roared up a bunch in the last two weeks.. 

I am going to filling Eviction next week. have anyone ever deal with this before?
