And so he set about doing precisely that by jacking up interest rates to crazy levels, which had the intended effect of curbing inflation.

Section 8 emailed me yesterday and stated they are not going to pay any rent and will find other placement for the tenant.

This is a lot more precise than being interested in Wholesaling.Just be genuine and show interest in other people's business and goals. 

Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

I am really looking for general areas, prices and types of lodging in order to get a more precise idea on what we should focus on when we come to buy next year.
