Personally, I would be highly concerned for my long term well being if I were living in Tokyo which is about 40 miles further north than Yokosuka.

We are about 30-40 miles from the Gulf and never expected to flood but we did with 3 feet of seawater.

I created my profile on Realtor.com and set my criteria for a multifamily home within 20 miles of my current zip code (10459) and will start analyzing 1 deal a day in order to familiarize myself with my area.To me this is a success as it's a beginning.
