I am in the process of getting a single wide manufactured home refinanced w a portfolio loan from a local bank. 

Hello, I'm thinking about doing some ground-up rental property manufactured homes in semi-rural central Virginia, and they would be on new septic systems.  

Your biggest qualifiers for going with a conventional loan will be:The dwelling unit is built on a permanent chassis and attached to a permanent foundation systemThe manufactured home and the land on which it is situated must be title as real propertyThe home should have a HUD Data Plate and the HUD Certification Label (tag)Any idea on those?

I currently already do business in improving efficiency and Downtime in Food Manufacturing in many cities all over the US include Tipp City, Columbus, Cincinnati, Leipsec, Lima and Dayton, as far as Ohio is concerned. 

@Emily LopezMy sister and BIL had moved a manufactured home onto some land and did what you mentioned, renting out the mobile home and now selling it with half of the land.

I would like any help with abandonment manufactured homes.

It would be cheaper and faster to demolish it, dig and pour a basement then buy a manufactured home of about 1800 square feet and spending $14K on giving the barn and out buildings a face lift, adding a gravel drive, landscape, plant trees, fix fence and sell or demo the junky trailer.

If you haven’t heard of this conference it is one of the larger manufactured housing conferences in the country.

You can find many manufactured on land properties in Southern Cal but they will be more expensive.
