I know this because we just locked up 2,500 SFR's in FL (in Orlando, to be specific) that are past the redemption period (bank did not pay delinquent HOA dues), and the same law group that won the case in Nevada in front of the Supreme Court (see link below) is currently handling the conversion into Warranty Deeds.

Sam Jones It will vary between banks, but in the last conversation I had I was told six months for any non owner occupied property (rental) and two months for your primary residence.

I set one up and paid the fees for a while before I did a deal.Not sure if it was the right way to go, but you will be set once you are doing more deals.Specifically for you I know from previous threads and conversations you live in NH and work in MA and think you would be looking for deals in both.
