Tenants are set to move in septembef 1st so I'm starting to feel the pressure to figure something out without spending am obscene amount.   

Boiler or forced air? 

The property report said the pipes passed a pressure test, but it also said there was damage to the electric system, but the meter is red tagged by the utility company.

I believe the only effect China will have on the US is by further devaluing their currency thus putting pressure on the Federal Reserve to keep rates unchanged and prop the equity markets up via Quantitative Easing 4 (QE4). 

I usually stay at Air Force Inns and they will charge me about $50 a night for a 3 bed 2 bath home fully furnished.

Having higher CAM and property taxes puts pressure on the tenants to not be able to absorb the rental increases so the landlords fight to keep  CAM costs as low as possible.I have many clients in Texas.

I didn't put any pressure on the seller.
