Even so, the seller could still make the effort to see what the deal was sold for.If you do an assignment fee addendum, you are right in that the seller will see what your fee is.

While he is a technology savant and will handle that for our joint efforts, he also has his own business and I will have mine. 

Rarely do you find such a high quality and impactful effort, freely available for all.

That's possible, and I've done it, but for the extra effort need, I find acting as a selling agent is a better return on time.  

if i was at risk at losing my kids, i'd make every effort to get out before its too late, as child services has this address and according to mother's mother a fake lease, and i have a signed copy of the original lease they've supposedly forged the mother's mother's name onto.apparently low credit and lost income from suddenly quit job (why?!)

I guess I would think you'd clearly improve  value without spending all that much money, but time & effort are the variables to consider to truly determine if it is worth it.

A word of advice, unless you want to be found nationwide, which is not easy to rank for and could be very expensive, your efforts should be focused locally.

I would keep that contractor as busy as possible and then give the realtor the # to a less trusted contractor (not the worst one you know, I wouldn't want to sabotage his efforts).
