Even so, the seller could still make the effort to see what the deal was sold for.If you do an assignment fee addendum, you are right in that the seller will see what your fee is.

That's possible, and I've done it, but for the extra effort need, I find acting as a selling agent is a better return on time.

if i was at risk at losing my kids, i'd make every effort to get out before its too late, as child services has this address and according to mother's mother a fake lease, and i have a signed copy of the original lease they've supposedly forged the mother's mother's name onto.apparently low credit and lost income from suddenly quit job (why?!)

I would keep that contractor as busy as possible and then give the realtor the # to a less trusted contractor (not the worst one you know, I wouldn't want to sabotage his efforts).
