I think sending letters to multi's is a complete waste of time and money.. you want to buy them call themand have your money lined up.. again folks that own this stuff are just not that gulliable as SFR owners who have maybe bought one or two properties in their lifethat's my take on it..

I have a 2,500SF full gut SFR going in with 6 bathrooms, we are looking for someone to handle plumbing for the whole house, including running the waste lines out to the sewer and upgrading to 4".  

It is a little expensive but it saves a boat load of time and all the info is at your fingertips.
