I maintain the property weekly but have not begun keeping track of fuel or travel expenses.Our tax refunds have been great so it feels like, even though no real monthly cashflow, the huge return plus the increased equity (not to mention my “free” storage use of the property and garage) makes this seem like it’s working.

We may not be actors/models, but there are some decent looking folks on here - I even recall one member appearing on SNL back in the day :) I would have been happy to travel to location and do the shot where there are 2 people wind-sailing in the sunset!

The bathroom toilet appears to have overflowed (when the water was on) and there is dried up feces and toilet tissue all over the bathroom floor. and that is just the downstairs...I only took pictures of the downstairs because I forgot to take pics while I was in there and had to come back after I had already left the property...but the smell was so bad I didn't want to stay in the house let alone travel up to the second floor.
