On the other hand, you could save that placement fee (assuming you win the negotiation) and then see how the communication is, and decide then to fire them or not based on that (if you do that route, make sure you approve the tenants they want to place in there...none of saving that fee will be worth it if they place bad tenants).

I have a few calls out but am getting hit with higher rates (10%) along with full month rent for placement + $350 fee's to advertise and +$100 for lease to be drafted by lawyer.
