Impress him, no.So you go to a (relatively) nice restaurant, and tip the waiter7%, half the going rate of 15% because the meal is pricey enough and by the time it's time to tip, the meal is over and theclient is already impressed.But...will you ever be able to take another client to that restaurant?

Instead of replaceing the windows I thought about just repairing them if the windows are still in good shape and they just need alittle fixing up paint wood puddy maybe a weight fixed. what is everyones thoughts about trying to save the windows.

So I designed my own home idea using MS Paint, priced the material and estimated labor and find this is a good I dea if I can manage building a plumb and level wall.Recently the idea was to spend most of my money on land in Colorado and place a RV/trailer along with a few solar panels to charge the batteries, but this wouldn't really do anything unless I was willing to place a well and septic system.You can say I'm in a situation here, and I have no idea of how to handle it.
