So, I took $5000/month for the house, then another $5000 for our cars, vacation money, food, memberships in our clubs, money for all the activities for the kids, averages for closing, and so on.

Before COVID I was going down there for barhopping and food and other nightlife.

This post is meant to be clear, succinct, and food for thought. 

If you need to reimburse for food, I would imagine that a flat number like $150 to $200 per day.

I like time with my kids and I work to live and not the other way around.2) I still have to put food on the table and have health insurance which means keeping a W2 job. 

Trying to put a kitchenette in every bedroom though may be a bad idea,  though minifridges could be a good peacemaker since people could keep more of their food there.   

Hi Carson,Animal control will probably put the dog down.Personally, I'd look up a "No Kill" dog shelter, many areas have them.And in the mean time it will need water and food, and since you have the key...Just my thoughts on this.Good Luck!

We require guests to load and run the dishwasher, remove all food and trash from the unit, and have guests text when they depart.  

I'm not sure what I can offer here, but just to let you know I've partnered with someone with similar aspirations to live the country life, grow wholesome food, on a 3 acre farmstead out in the middle of nowhere Kansas.

. - Reiterate Cancelation Policy- Reiterate Check-In/Check-Out Times & Procedures (Where to get keys/access code, where to put trash, return furniture to where it was found, remove food/drinks, etc). - Rules If Pets are Permitted (and penalties if a pet is evident or causes damages)- Use of premise & overcrowding (max. guest occupancy, consequences of overcrowding/parties being thrown). - Personal Property (Check with state for process of abandoned property or property left behind - certain items/values have different procedures)- Any quiet hours that the town may have in place. - LIABILITY CLAUSE!!!!
