Good luck house hunting, everyone! 

In two weeks of house-hunting, she saw 10 to 15 properties and made three failed offers.

I currently reside in the city and originally grew up throughout upstate NY (Albany and Rochester areas) which is where I am hunting for my first deal. 

We are hunting down these type deals and building up our cash flow for now.Buying properties like this would help you recover what your losing.

Even if you decide to add a hunting lodge, etc... you may at least want a lot that can pass a perc test (so you can add a septic tank)Check for right-of way and easements on the propertyAnother possible revenue stream could be the trees themselves. 

Can't wait to get this done and begin hunting for the next one.

I am a new investor and I’m still on the hunt for deals #1.

I'm currently hunting for my first deal, which I hope to live in while I finish my last two years of law school, in part, to take advantage of an FHA loan.

If you aren't pre-approved yet that's the next step in your process.Finding BRRRR properties on the NW side is definitely tough, but keep on the hunt and just make sure you are ready to pull the trigger immediately which you find something that works. 

Especially hunting out good and unique deals.
