Hi everyone, I'm a begginer looking for the first step into this great wonder of investing in real estate, Im giving up on a job I worked everyday for almost three years now because my bank account can't seem to stable in a significant trend, or increase in value which is also equivalent for wasting human's time under someone's watch. but wait a minute where am  i suppose to get the money to invest realising that im litterally broke and knowing that there is a way of investing with no down payment?

I definitely do see that.There is a small handful of people (Gary Vaynerchuk, Peter Theil, etc.) who can predict trends and make bets on small companies that later become titans of industries.

If you are going to bid on a property, you need to have your financing ready. 1> so you know what your budget looks like. 2> so that you know you can close on the house.If you find a house you like, do your due diligence (title report, inspect the property, research the neighborhood/market, recent price trends, etc.).
