In certain places; like Florida, it is common to meter water so tenants pay their own water usage.

As @Sebastian E. stated above, they won't be home runs, but hit enough singles over time start to score runs.

What is that product/device that BP endorses for when you have multiple units on one water line and you want to effectively sub-meter it and bill it back to the tenants?  Thanks in advance.
