I'd also recommend finding someone successful in investing in the local area that is willing to coach you.

Hi I am trying to find a good REI Group in the Dallas area I'm finding a lot of coaching programs and boot camps but that's not what I'm liooking for any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Plenty of doors opened up potentially leading to many deals, partnerships and coaching partners.Some goals yet to achieve, purchase a property with creative finance method, at least 3 more rehabs and one more rental.I think the rest of 2015 is going to be awesome!

Agree with the others that if you have already bought a bunch of courses, gotten a bunch of free intro kits hired a coach and all that you don't need to spend any more money on education until you are doing some deals.Put the funds towards actually doing the deals.
