I think litigation is something needed as a vehicle at times but not to be flaunted on a bulletin board in my view.It has been awhile since I have been on bigger pockets so your ad at least prompted my coming back here.

For what it is worth, I happened to come across this SEC litigation article re: Equity, assuming it is true:  https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2015/33-9807....I have read a number of posts from BP regard Equity - some good, some not so I put them in my mix until I saw that article - made me a good bit leary.
